The Psyonix Communications team is looking for an intern to join the Community team in 2022. The Community Intern will get first-hand experience in how Psyonix balances the player perspective with the needs of a live service game. You will talk with our players, moderators, and creators, represent the player perspective in meetings and group projects, and help us track issues and feedback.Want to work on one of the most popular games in the world? Responsibilities:
- Engage with players and moderators on our subreddits, our Discord servers, and our social media channels
- Help ingest and track suggestions and feedback from our players across multiple channels
- Learn how the Community team interacts with all of the other teams at the studio, and how they represent the player perspective
- Collaborate with our internal production and development teams, ensuring player feedback is delivered efficiently
- Contribute a fresh, young perspective to community engagement on social media
Qualifications:
- Graduating senior in the class of 2022; BA or BS in related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for games of all types; Experience with Rocket League preferred.
- Focused on delivering results and working collaboratively across teams.
- Dialed into community and social media platforms and the conversations happening on them (Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Discord).
