Genies is looking for a Community Insights & Analytics specialist to lead our user database management system & insights. This team member will be responsible for identifying and interpreting trends supporting Community department OKRs focused on user growth and retention. You will work closely with our Community Manager to offer data backed suggestions for how to improve Genies community engagement strategy, such as identifying what a ‘Golden User' is and supporting our Community Manager to build experiences that grow and retain these individuals. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for manicuring and updating user data to provide operational support during new user onboarding.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Manage Genies User Database.
• Develop insights dashboard for quick & easy consumption of data
• Identify ‘Golden Users’ and support Community’s acquisition & retention of these individuals
• Support back-end operations

What You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, computer science, or related field
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in Insights & Analytics position
• Meticulously organized
• Results-driven and able to handle multiple projects
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
• Proficient in business intelligence tools, software and dashboards
