Job Overview
Wargaming.net is looking for a Community Engagement Manager to join the World of Warships in its Prague office.
In this role, you will work with the World of Warships Product Group to adapt and ensure the execution of a strong community engagement strategy for the World of Warships community.
You will also act as the face and voice of World of Warships for the Community on Forums, Social Media, videos, livestreams and events, manage relationships with key community influencers and regularly report on KPIs and sentiment of the community to the product group.

This position reports to Regional Publishing Director
What will you do?
- Create and improve our existing competitive community tournaments, tying in with the development roadmap and keep our hardcore players engaged.
- Be the global driver of contests from Europe — work with Global team ever so closely to create better and more impactful contests, tournaments and events- both offline and online
- Promote and manage tournaments that help increase clan adoption from new and casual
- Be the driver of Twitch production, video production and other rich content that EU team produces and use it globally for all regions.
- Use the vast experience when it comes to streaming to diversify and grow video portfolio
- Work with the community team to ensure we create and execute a self-sustained and independent functional offline event calendar
- Work ever more so closely with biggest CCs to create more engaging and useful content for existing AND new players, while onboarding more CCs to CCTP
- Help the RPD to forge new collaborations in the UK and Germany; collaborations that can be brought in to the game
- All other duties that may be assigned by the Company and that would enter into the scope of your qualifications.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and additional European language is a must.
- Expert knowledge on World of Warships (a min. of 2k battles)
- Expert knowledge of the gaming culture and its trends
- Expert knowledge and experience in video or streaming content creation
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong ability to turn challenges into opportunities
- Strong analytical and reporting skills coupled with a good knowledge of industry standards for community KPIs
- Ability to travel abroad
- Able and willing to work alternating shifts and weekends as required by the business
