Community Developer (F/H/NB) - Owlient

Job Description
Reporting to the studio's Live Ops team, your role as a Community Developer will be to lead and strengthen the community of a live game: Howrse. As the main contact for our players, you will help them discover the game's new features. You will also be responsible for analyzing and synthesizing their feedback and transmitting it to the production teams. Finally, you are in a continuous improvement process thanks to the analysis of your actions.
In this role your missions will be as follow:
- Design and execute creative communication plans to acquire, engage and unite the community across various communication channels in and out of games;
- Identify, track and analyze KPIs to evaluate the performance of communication plans and the ROI of actions towards the community;
- Create innovative content to match communication plans (visuals, videos, etc.);
- Design and deploy community management features in games;
- Animate and moderate the various social networks of the game to increase the engagement and development of the community;
- Identify community ambassadors and highlight player content.
Qualifications
- With a degree in communications, you have experience managing or working with online communities, as well as an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, etc.);
- You have strong writing skills, in both French and English, and the ability to adapt your tone to different situations, channels and campaigns;
- At ease with teamwork, you have very good interpersonal skills that will allow you to interact effectively with different stakeholders internally and externally. You also have a strong sense of customer service in order to satisfy the requests of our players;
- You have a good knowledge of the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, ...;
- Ideally, you have an interest in video games. A passion for the equestrian world is a real plus!
