Position Summary
Join the studio as our next Brand/Community Coordinator! You will support our Brand and Community teams with a diverse set of activities, including content support for social media and our website, including work with our development teams to secure assets; coordinating approval and localization of copy; community calendar maintenance and communication; report drafting/writing; and PO/Contract coordination for brand activities. Exceptional organizational skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment are critical to your success in this role.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate copy approval and localization processes for multiple intellectual properties
- Manage in house and user created asset approval and feedback process for posting to external channels (social, website, etc.)
- Use a content management system to draft and post content to multiple websites with a variety of localizations at a regular cadence
- Monitor and moderate official social channels (Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Etc.), potentially interacting directly with the community
- Maintain a database of community requests and work with the team to respond to tickets
- Maintain community calendar of events
- Use a social dashboard to escalate content to community management for response
- Capture and relay meeting notes during community team meetings
- Gather data at a regular cadence to create reports for community management to gather insights and create action items
- Collaborate on purchase orders and contracts related to community programs, including swag and gifts
Essential Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to shift focus and prioritize on the fly with rapidly changing priorities
- Experience interacting with communities in the gaming space, and a broad knowledge of internet/gaming culture
- Experience posting content on publicly facing professional websites and social media spaces
- Ability to react in a positive a professional manner during periods of high volume and quicky-changing priorities a must
- Experience managing and reporting on specific social media analytics such as mentions, engagement, community sentiment, etc. Ability to interpret data to surface trends and provide insight preferred
- Experience working with external vendors on purchase orders, contracts, procurement, etc.
- Experience with Project Management/Tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Prior work with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
- Additional knowledge of basic graphic design (cropping and versioning images, adding legal lines) is a plus.
