Responsibilities:
- Bring a creative vision, challenge when needed, share & learning
- Drive the outbound marketing strategy and PR campaigns including push notifications, in-game messaging, email campaigns, in-game sales content, social media marketing
- Define and identify player segments and recommend improvements to marketing strategy based on players' lifecycle
- Develop our social channels growth in terms of follower & engagement with the help of the community manager
- ROI oriented, manage the marketing budget and track/analyses of each campaigns
- Demonstrate ROI for marketing spend with correlation to retention and reengagement KPIs
- Undertake continuous testing and optimization of marketing campaigns
- Stay on top of the latest updates, trends and news regarding e-mail marketing, push notification, and social media best practices
Requirements:
- Braze certification or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years in operational marketing; must know how to run and execute campaigns and have a 360 vision of a marketing plan
- Proven track record of improving retention and re-engagement KPIs via marketing in mobile games
- Capacity to manage a team and develop Clipwire’s marketing team
- Excellent creative strategic leadership to drive new marketing initiatives for our top grossing titles
- Understanding of omni-channel media marketing strategies to drive re-engagement and retention among our existing players
- Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategyIdeal candidate has proven leadership skills to create strong internal/external relationships, while being a global team player
- Knowledge of privacy laws including CAN-SPAM and GDPR, and ensuring campaigns are following privacy regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly with a strong capacity of syntax, learning, sharing with stakeholders
- Transparency and ability to provide concise measurable reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders
- Strong team player, behaves like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
- Ability to drive a high performing team culture for the marketing team as it grows
- Self-management skills and self-starter attitude highly valued
Pluses:
- Passion for casual mobile games and understanding of this audience
- Familiarity with standard mobile game KPIs and how they are impacted by marketing strategy
- Strong Photoshop and AfterEffects skills
- Copywriting expertise
