PUBG Corporation is developer and publisher of PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS(PUBG). We are in search of an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated person to be part of the Communications team at PUBG Amsterdam.

As part of the team you will be assisting the Senior Communications Manager in the strategy and planning of both external and internal communication. A ‘can do’ attitude is important for this detail-oriented position, as well as the ability to work efficiently with the Marketing and Community team. This is an administrative role in order to support the company in executing and monitoring communications strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Communications team in developing and implementing a communications strategy designed for external and internal parties
• Create reports detailing the successes and failures of PR campaigns and ensure communications are tracked as well as archived
• Stay up to date on industry trends, conduct market research and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices
• Maintain planning calendars, tools and processes for streamlined execution of projects
• Coordinate meetings, help plan press conferences and create presentations
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• 1 years’ experience or internships in an entertainment marketing/PR role
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
• Superior time management and organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and capable of creating visually compelling presentations
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking, able to keep track of several projects simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
