Communication Intern

Job Description

Responsibilities

· We are looking for an enthusiastic community manager and event planner to assist in producing events from conception through to completion

· Coordinate with stakeholders from different teams (communication, HR, IT domains, leadership etc.)

· Conduct post-event evaluations to report on outcomes

· Promote and publicize our event through internal platforms (Microsoft Teams, email, Outlook, digital signage, etc.)

· Propose ideas to improve events

· Design and implement a community strategy in order to engage our staff around fun, relevant and thought provoking content or mini events (like competition etc.)

· Help retrieve or develop adequate content to support community management strategy

Qualifications

Requirements

· Proven experience in community management, event planning/project coordination

· Excellent time management and communication skills

· Ability to multitask

· Attention to detail and methodical

· A strategic mind able to design a plan and implement it

· Someone who is fun, positive and outgoing

· A creative self-starter who takes initiative, is a fast learner and who is autonomous

· Strong verbal & written communication skills

· Love of video games a plus

· Selected candidate must be available for a minimum of 6 months

· We accept applications only from students studying in local universities. Please note that the internship must be recognized by your school as part of the curriculum
