TQ is a New York-based blockchain technology company advancing the Tezos project. In close collaboration with global teams,TQ builds products on Tezos and developer tools to help other teams all around the world do so. TQ also helps startups and enterprises adopt Tezos for a variety of exciting use cases, facilitating the growth of a robust, high-functioning Tezos ecosystem.
InterPop is the entertainment products division of TQ Tezos, creating games, digital comics, and other experiences on the Tezos network.
What You Will Do
- Commission a high volume of artwork (primarily digital trading card game card art):
- Finalize commission details,
- Place each commission at art studios and/or freelance illustrators,
- Provide ongoing direction on commissions,
- Maintain the relationships with each studio/illustrator partner.
- Track invoices/payments to external partners.
- Lead external illustrators in creating concept art.
- Review final card files to ensure overall art quality.
- Participate in brainstorms on future Emergents creative development.
What You Will Bring
- 2+ yrs commercial art experience; experience as a commissioning Art Director/Art Producer is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and are comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong creative vision.
- Current with modern digital illustration techniques and processes.
- Adept in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign and Google Docs.
- Worldbuilding/character design experience, interest in heroic fantasy/sci-fi/superheros is a plus.
