The success of the Commercial Readiness Specialist is measured by the ability to assist in the commercialization of product by market. This individual will be creating a commercial announcement for internal stake holders. Additionally, this person will play a role in testing the various sales tools to ensure an order can be processed effectively and quickly upon product release. This position supports the BAU of current product lines currently being driven by the Product Commercialization Manager.What You'll Do
- Review the pre-release process to ensure all activities and dependencies are ready for commercial release.
- Support and deliver Secondary Market needs per the direction of Product Commercialization Manager.
- Regional Marketing Announcement Memorandums (RMAM) releases for Class III, Class II, ATLS, and VLT.
- Maintain and update RMAMs per standard policy.
- Distributes RMAMs to business on the established cadence.
- Facilitate easy understanding of products via the RMAM by putting the information in aneasy to read and consistent format.
- Maintain assets on enablement tools such as the company website, Highspot, and SharePoint
- Assist regional and executive sales leadership when required (reports, status of product, customer calls)
- Works with Product Management & Commercial Manager to highlight risks and prioritize requirements.
- Performs & Maintains eCON QA plan through testing new markets, new cabinets, and premier content in the configurator program – rolling three-month plan
- Distributes testing results to key stakeholders for lesson learned.
- Provide semi-annual renewal training for Commercial Team
- Develops in conjunction with Commercial Manager documentation and readiness information for new market entries.
- Composes RMAMs for new Market entry and new cabinet launches in line with the rollout plan.
- Other duties as assigned in line with Business objectives.
- Support sales in ad-hoc reports and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or its equivalent experience.
- Experienced in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of MS Office required
- Knowledge of PowerPoint
- Must understand and gain knowledge of supported products, infrastructure, and methodologies.
- Must have general technical and business knowledge sufficient to understand all factors affecting the project planning, execution, and management.
- Must have strong analytical, problem-identification and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented.
- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Occasional need to travel.
- This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
- Analytical and research methods.
- Able to synthesize complex or diverse information.
- Works in cross-functional teams within the company to complete projects.
- Desire to understand slot products and what makes successful slot games.
