The Global Commercial Management team (GCM) is part of a truly global Commercial organisation and manages the commercial success of EA franchises in partnership with our regional and channel experts. This includes the worldwide blockbuster franchise that is EA SPORTS FIFA which this role will focus on.

GCM's vision is to design and execute amazing commercial experiences for our players, as part of this we provide planning and insight, from early in the game development process through to the moment the game is played.

Who we are looking for

You are passionate about Sports, Lifestyle and Youth Culture and care deeply about driving sustainable change.

You are experienced in a commercial role where you have managed commercial campaigns, from planning to execution with success.

You will gather smart insights and using them to build programs that attract and engage players.

You will have a business degree or an equivalent combination of education and on the job training.

You don't need to be a gamer to excel in this position.

What you will work on

Partner with the teams operating in the markets around the world to address opportunities and risks, helping us to reach our commercial goals for the current fiscal year.

Build campaigns and work with different teams to achieve excellent merchandising across the many physical and digital storefronts where our players buy our games.

Through your understanding of the markets and the real world of football, you will help to culturalize commercial experiences which resonate with players.

Represent team EA SPORTS to promote the opportunity of working together with other global brands such as PlayStation, adidas or amazon.

Manage the licensed merchandise program by establishing clear processes and delivering programs that help us reach our commercial goals.

Compile reports and succinct presentations to communicate progress against our goals and the performance of our programs to internal partners.

Who you will work with

Reporting to the Commercial Director FIFA EU, who is based in Stockholm, you will be part of an international and geographically distributed team ranging from Vancouver, where the game is made, Switzerland and North America. Our most important partners are based in Geneva, Vancouver, Guildford and other locations managing important markets around the world. If you have more than 5 years of experience in Commercial and Sales this is your role.
