Serve as a legal partner for the Company’s global modern slavery matters, global supply chain matters, ANZ commercial matters, and other business units as directed by the Associate General Counsel – Gaming CIII or Senior Counsel – Gaming CIII (ANZ)
Responsible for adapting to emerging global modern slavery laws, advising on and mitigating risk exposure, updating and actioning the Company’s modern slavery roadmap, drafting a variety of documents (including policies and the annual Company modern slavery statements), assisting with any remediation work, regulatory compliance and Board papers regarding modern slavery
Responsible to provide quality and timely legal advice to the global supply chain team and to the broader ANZ business segment on a variety of international commercial legal matters including but not limited to master supply agreements, sales and maintenance agreements, gaming systems agreements, general commercial advice and D&D matters, as required
- Provide accurate and timely legal services to business partners, including analyzing, researching, reviewing, interpretation, dispute resolution, drafting, and negotiating
- Assist with the assessment of proposed transactions and the development of deal structures to minimize legal and business risks
- Interpret and advise applicable business units concerning relevant laws and regulations
- Promote seamless teamwork and become an essential strategic partner to the business by aiding in their strategic goals and objectives, making internal customer experience a competitive advantage
