POSITION OVERVIEW
SEGA’s Commercial Analysis team is looking for a unique individual with excellent abilities to carry on many of the team’s administrative tasks. These will be focused around project-tracking, schedule-tracking, communication-tracking, data-tracking and the creation and maintenance of the team’s information sites. His role will be critical to build a very well structured & easily accessible body of knowledge. This will be used across the organization to drive business decisions and maximise commercial KPIs, consumer’s satisfaction and the quality of SEGA’s products. The role will also involve supporting the team’s managers and the rest of the team with basic reporting while at the same time providing excellent opportunities to learn new skills in data & commercial analysis fields.
The Commercial Administrator will be joining a team of 4 people and will report into the Head of Commercial Analysis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Commercial Analysis management team with administrative tasks and general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
- Help the team to track the status of new and ongoing projects.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the team’s SharePoint microsites.
- Keep information, files and communications efficiently structured and quickly updated.
- Support with basic reporting and analysis of commercial data.
- Help to build detailed presentations and reports on the company to support senior management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Ideally you will have demonstrable experience in an administrative role in a commercially focused team or digital/entertainment industry. However, if not, a strong desire to pursue a career in this area would suffice.
- Tech savvy and familiar with online/wiki-style sites creation.
- A desire in developing skills in data processing & analytics (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, ETL processes, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of MS applications, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- The ability to read quickly & be able to summarise and transpose contents from emails without missing any key/critical pieces into relevant trackers and microsites.
