Combat Production Intern

Bungie is seeking a Production Intern to work with a cross-discipline team to create first-in-class combat experiences. The Production Intern will have the opportunity to work and learn with Production staff to keep work on track and deliver at quality. In addition, the Production Intern will help facilitate communication with internal development teams. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is highly organized with outstanding communication skills.
This position is available for full-time remote work in CA, FL, IL, NC, TX, and WA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, assigning, and tracking of detailed tasks and dependencies
- Assist with general team logistics and planning
- Act as a conduit for inter and cross disciplinary and small team communication
- Attend and take detailed notes at meetings, assessing for new work, team needs, and blockers
- Create action items from meeting notes and assist in scheduling and tracking each task through completion
- Ensure proper and timely communication of relevant issues to the Producers and Leads
- Provide overall coordination support and be a liaison for the team's needs
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Exemplary communication skills: listens to, speaks with, and resolves conflicts with members of varied disciplines in a clear and efficient manner
- Extraordinary written communication skills: Clear email communication and documentation for a broad professional audience
- Outstanding analytical skills: understands, simplifies, and helps find the solution to any problem in a fast-paced environment

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Familiarity with agile software development practices
- Interest, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the games industry
