Client Relations Manager

Do you enjoy problem solving? Unity Technologies Japan is looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our Enterprise Consulting Service Team.

Our Unity ECS Team is a small but dedicated group of professionals. As a member of the global Unity Creative Operations Organization, we handle difficult problems and collaborate with various types of customers to support on achieving their goals in game development.

Every customer has outstanding development circumstances, schedules, and goals. This team proactively communicates with customers to understand their challenges and expectations to provide technical solutions that meet customers' needs.

What you'll be doing

• Manage B2B accounts to provide customer services for enterprise clients of Unity.
• As account manager, actively promote post sale activities to retain positive relationship with clients.
• Being on top the quality of services provided to customers, and explore way to upgrade services to the next level with team members.
• Actively collaborate with customers, and variety of other Unity internal teams, including the support, engineering R&D, technical art, business development, marketing, overseas team to build up strong solution pipeline.
• Analyze solutions to address inquiries from clients and provide suitable consultations.

What we're looking for

• Extensive knowledge and experiences in the game development, technologies, and industry trend
• Work history in a game development team and experiences of at least a few product release processes
• Experiences in B2B customer relations and/or technical support
• High sociability, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and a positive demeanor
• Phenomenons communicator with the ability to interact directly with clients in Japanese language (business English a plus)

求める人材像

• ゲーム開発、ゲーム開発技術、および業界のトレンドについて、広範な知識と経験がある
• ゲーム開発チームの中で働いた経歴を持ち、少なくとも 2、3 本の製品をリリースする工程に携わった経験がある
• B2Bの顧客との関係構築およびテクニカルサポートに関する経験がある。
• 社交性が高く、優れたプレゼンテーションと対人スキルを持ち、振る舞いが明るく前向きである
• 日本語で顧客と直接やりとりができる、非常に優れたコミュニケーターであること（ビジネスレベルの英語能力があればさらに優遇）
