Job Description

Within the headquarters of our production studios, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Studios Operating Officer.

Working closely with our Chief Studios Operating Officer, and acting as a trusted advisor you will build strong relationships with team members across the organization. You will be instrumental in helping build top priorities which will evolve with the priorities of the company. You will have an immediate impact on the productivity of our organization, overseeing program and project management and communicating objectives across the Production Organization.

More specifically:

· You will support and oversee the impactful projects carried across the organization, coordinate complex project streams and stakeholders;

· You will contribute actively on internal best practices and documentation to optimize internal efficiency and working methods;

· You will help monitor the operations performance through accurate and relevant KPIs, enriching the decision capabilities of Leadership teams;

· You will prepare CSOO’s messages and speeches for key internal and external events;

· You will support Management and Leadership teams governance: prepare meetings, follow-up on key decisions and actions etc;

· You will facilitate communication, break silos and act as a sounding board to new ideas.

Qualifications

· You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Engineering or similar field;

· You have significant experience in a business or executive management role including proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments as well as strategic project planning;

· You have had a focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration;

· You are an excellent communicator – both in written and verbal form;

· You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills;

· You are result-driven, and you thrive in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-paced work environment;

· Versatility, dedication to efficient productivity, discretion, and a humble approach are essential;

· You are fluent in English - French is a nice to have
