Role Overview
Linden Lab is looking for a Chief Product Officer of Tilia to lead our product strategy and relentlessly focus on delivering value to our customers.
This role reports to and works closely with the CEO of Tilia to drive organizational focus and alignment, but will also collaborate deeply with:
- The Chief Technology Officer on design, development, analytics and the roadmap
- The Chief Marketing Officer on customer and competitor research, and product positioning
- The Chief People Officer to design, build and manage the product organization
- The Compliance team on regulatory developments and supporting features

What You’ll Bring to the Team

- 15+ years of senior product leadership experience at API-based fintech companies in complex and regulated environments such as Paypal, Stripe, Square, or Plaid
- Ability to make objective, data-driven decisions and align the product vision with the company vision and initiatives
- Flexibility in response to changing business needs and requirements and comfort working with a relatively high degree of uncertainty
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills - both internally, and with customers and partners
- Demonstrated track record of building, leading, and scaling effective product teams
- Interest in working collaboratively with a diverse team of amazingly talented and fun people in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to cultivate a positive company culture that values cross-team collaboration, transparency, diversity and inclusion, and trust
- Experience working for and thriving in remote-first companies
