Chief Commercial Officer

Bungie is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Chief Commercial Officer. The CCO is a member of the Bungie executive team, reports to the CEO, and ensures that publishing is aligned with Bungie’s overall vision and strategy.

The CCO provides strategic leadership for publishing capabilities through management of the disciplines of publishing that are embedded in the Destiny (and future game) business units as well as central publishing services. The role primarily oversees the Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Business Intelligence and Performance Management, and Customer Relationship Strategy. Responsibilities include staff health, organizational planning and budgeting (in collaboration with the business unit GMs), career development and succession planning, execution quality, and working with other senior leaders to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies in order to achieve goals set for each fiscal year.

Strong candidates will demonstrate intense curiosity and showcase their proven track record in deriving key insights that drive business growth though data/analytics. In addition, they will have proven track record of identifying and anticipating trends in the market, as well as their ability to quickly pivot the organization to capitalize on the future opportunities in the game industry and/or entertainment media.
