Cheat Operations Analyst

Rockstar is looking for a dedicated analyst to assist in driving our various software security initiatives. The successful candidate is committed to keeping our games and services fun for our players through defense against cheaters, hackers, exploiters, and any and all troublemakers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the day to day operations of the anti-cheat and anti-fraud program.
- Monitor and enforce anti-cheat policies.
- Monitor and maintain intelligence related to cheating and fraud.
- Assist in conducting investigations.
- Prepare detailed reports related to investigations and intelligence analysis.
- Tune and support security/anti-cheat measures for the game client and supporting back-end services.
- Assist in responding to emergency situations and security incidents.
- Develop solutions for process automation wherever possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Direct experience with modern online gaming titles.
- Familiarity with cheating and modding in offline and online gaming titles.
- Ability to absorb extremely technical information in limited time-frames.
- Knowledge of client-server and peer-to-peer gaming architectures.
- Strong technical background in any/all of the following a major plus: Reverse Engineering, Threat Intelligence, Hacking/Cracking software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, rotating shifts as necessary, working weekends, off hours and holidays.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing (English).
- Intense thirst for knowledge.
- Knowledgeable about current gen (PS4/Xbox One) and PC hardware.
- Expertise with GTA Online and/or Red Dead Online specifically a big plus.
