L’ÉQUIPE :

Viens faire partie d’une équipe de production qui a à cœur le succès d’un tout nouveau projet passionnant! Notre mandat est de supporter l’équipe de développement afin de livrer ce projet dans les plus hauts standards de qualité AAA tout en respectant les ressources disponibles.

En rejoignant notre équipe tu auras l’occasion de travailler avec des équipes multidisciplinaires ainsi que divers partenaires externes. Tu joindras tes forces à une équipe d’expérience, ouverte et passionnée.

CE QUE TU FERAS :

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de production pour l’ensemble des tâches;
• Travailler à supporter et motiver l’équipe de jeu;
• Planifier et veiller au respect des échéanciers;
• Être le/la responsable du cycle de vie des différentes étapes de production et assurer le suivi avec les équipes de production et de jeu dans l’atteinte des objectifs;
• Gérer la base de données des bugs et des tâches;
• Bâtir et maintenir la documentation du projet;
• Planifier et organiser des activités d’équipe;
• Travailler à constamment améliorer les processus liés au flux de travail de l’équipe;
• Participer à la coordination de la production des différents métiers.

CE QUE TU APPORTES :

• 2+ années d’expérience en planification et gestion de projet. Expérience en Jeu vidéo, un atout;
• Expérience en résolution de problèmes et gestion de conflits;
• Excellente gestion du temps et organisation;
• Être capable de s’adapter aux changements et de travailler sous pression tout en respectant les délais convenus;
• Collaboration, écoute et empathie;
• Avoir une bonne capacité à bien exprimer ses idées;
• Être flexible et capable de s’adapter à diverses équipes;
• Attitude positive et orientée solution.

ENCORE MIEUX SI TU AS :

• Expérience pertinente et complémentaire dans tout autre rôle de l’industrie du Jeu vidéo, au sein d’une équipe de jeu;
• Bonne connaissance des méthodes de production Agile, Scrum ou Kanban;
• Expérience avec JIRA et/ou d’autres logiciels de gestion de tâches et de bugs.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

REPORTS TO: PRODUCER

THE TEAM:

Come be part of a production team that is fully committed to the success of a brand new and exciting project! Our mandate is to support the development team to deliver this project with the highest standards of AAA quality while respecting the available resources.

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary groups and various external partners. You will join an experienced, open-minded and passionate crew.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work closely with the production team on all tasks;
• Work to support and motivate the game team;
• Plan and ensure that deadlines are met;
• Be responsible for the life cycle of the different stages of production and follow up with the production and game teams to achieve the objectives;
• Manage the database of bugs and tasks;
• Build and maintain project documentation;
• Plan and organize team activities;
• Work to continuously improve the team's workflow processes;
• Participate in the coordination of the production of the different trades.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 2+ years of experience in project planning and management. Experience in video games is an asset;
• Experience in problem solving and conflict management;
• Excellent time management and organization skills;
• Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure while meeting deadlines;
• Collaboration, listening and empathy;
• Ability to express ideas well;
• Flexible and able to adapt to various teams;
• Positive and solution-oriented attitude.

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE:

• Relevant and complementary experience in any other role in the video game industry, within a game team;
• Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Kanban production methods;
• Experience with JIRA and/or other task and bug management software.
