Channel Operations Manager

As a Channel Operations Manager, you will be pivotal in designing and maintaining processes to drive growth across Unity’s Channel programs. You will work closely with channel leaderships to develop strong business intelligence. Cross functionally, you will ensure effective delivery of support, training, and enablement programs to channel partners. Strong alignment with sales operations, focusing on improving process at the reseller level to facilitate frictionless selling.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing channel processes, and work with leadership to improve and scale
- Work with sales operations teams at newly onboarded channel partners to understand partner’s processes, and ensure successful co selling
- Coordinate across product, technical, and marketing organizations to effectively assist partners in closing opportunities.
- Work cross functionally with Partner Account Managers, sales enablement, and marketing, to develop delivery processes for training, enablement, and marketing materials
- Work closely with channel leadership to analyze efficacy of partner support and enablement processes, establishing KPIs on which to track improvement
- Maintain reseller contract data and sales points
- Act as first escalation point for order issues
Requirements
- Experience meeting or exceeding performance objectives
- Must have strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Experience in Channel Sales Operations or Channel Management
- Understanding of business intelligence tools and processes, strong Excel proficiency
- Travel up to 15%
