The role @ Sumo
Initially, solely focused on our business-critical return to work programme, you will work with the group management, studio teams and service heads to develop a return to work and flexible working programs across the group.
The key requirements are firstly to understand individual project, and studio return to work requirements, then to create and maintain a plan with the group management, studio teams and service heads to implement a smooth return to work journey. The return to work plan should align with the wider flexible work approach for studios and projects
Within this role you will:
- Understand key requirements and develop a plan to meet these requirements – Identifying scope, BOM and any tools needed to meet the requirements
- Develop, maintain, track and analyse project schedules for studios across the group
- Own project planning sessions with group management, studio teams and service heads
- Coordinate work across a wide-range of stake-holders across the group
- Maintain a project history, deliver reports and risk registers and own the project change process
- Analyse project information and highlight problems, escalate critical issues and develop scenario options and opportunities
To be successful you will have:
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability
- Excellent stake-holder management experience
- Worked in similar roles working with IT, Site Services and internal stake holders
- A track record of successful projects encompassing multiple sites and stake holders
- An understanding of a wide range of project management concepts, tools and approaches
- An ability to tailor methods to meet the requirements of the team
- An open and flexible mindset, with strong communication skills
- Budget management and resource management experience
- Experience of MS Project and an in depth working knowledge of Excel
