Change & Internal Communication Manager (W/M/NB)

Based in Saint Mandé and part of Ubisoft production, the Online Services team develops and operates Ubisoft's online services and tools which are leveraged by all of its games to enable rich and innovative live player experiences. The team's scope spans a wide range of activities: from Ubisoft Connect to live management, from standard services to multiplayer technology. Online Services is home to hundreds of developers located around the world, anchored in twelve Ubisoft production studios.
What you bring
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Online Services, you will lead the creation and implementation of change management strategies to support Online Services change initiatives.
You will develop an internal communication framework to help convey the vision, progress, and the strategy for Online Services in a consistent, compelling, and transparent way and ensure communications inform and engage employees.
You have very good interpersonal skills, project management skills, and writing skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and work comfortably with leadership.
Your missions
- Develop change management plan on all initiatives affecting staff and operations to boost awareness, understanding, and adoption of upcoming transformation changes ;
- Assess the change impact: conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders and needs ;
- Frame the transformation communication tailored to internal audiences – define communication rhythm, overarching vision and messages aligned with clear and measurable targets & business goals…
- Create supporting communications materials (FAQ, talking points, etc.) and/or partner with the Online Services’ communication network to guarantee the execution of the plan and the consistency of all communication messages ;
- Support and engage the leadership team around the change and support them with communication cascading, resistance management plan, training plan ;
- Work with the leadership team to build a listening culture and feedback mechanisms to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue ;
- Communicate the contributions and achievements to create team cohesion & engagement ;
- Working with other internal communication departments or community of practices, identify knowledge sharing opportunities (executive updates, market trends, tech bench…) and develop plans accordingly ;
- Set objectives and KPIs, analyze performance, report data to measure impacts and adjust plans accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience in change management and transformation communication – from strategic planning to execution; A Prosci certification would be a plus;
- Excellent written, verbal and presenting skills, also a storyteller and visual communicator with exceptional ability to build and deliver messages effectively;
- Strong ability to influence, build high-impact partnerships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in multiple locations;
- Critical thinking, forward looking with an analytical mind;
- Very strong written and verbal English communications skills;
- Experience working with Microsoft Teams and in an Agile environment.
