Central Esports Business Development Manager

PUBG Corp. is the developer and publisher of the blockbuster battle royale video game, PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS (PUBG). PUBG Corp is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be part of PUBG’s Central Esports team, based in Santa Monica. The Central Esports Business Development Manager will be a key player in creating and defining the PUBG esports ecosystem around the world and elevating PUBG esports to the next level.

Your role within PUBG

• Develop a growth strategy for the global PUBG esports ecosystem with the goal of creating a sustainable long-term business model for each stakeholder including PUBG Corp.
• Develop, evaluate, and execute on partnership / collaboration opportunities with teams, brands, and third-parties, across retail, marketing, in-game integration, and live event activations
• Drive the complete sponsorship fulfillment and content sales funnel from the very first pitch to closing a deal
• Collaborate with game dev team to design, develop, launch, and sell digital merchandise involving the IP of teams, brands, and third-parties
• Spearhead development of global event partnership deals with third-party organizers / production companies

Skills to create thrills

• 5+ years’ experience in strategy, management consulting, sales, and/or business development positions
• 3+ years in the esports, sports, gaming, and/or entertainment industry
• Bachelor’s Degree
