EA SPORTS NCAA Football , was a consistent top five sports title in North America. In recent years, college football has become one of the most highly requested games from players. Now, they’re excited to be bringing back the glory of college football for millions of college sports fans with EA SPORTS College Football. And with this highly anticipated title under development, EA SPORTS is looking for a diverse range of talent, who are passionate about what they do, to help bring the game to life.
You will be a part of the game creation process, including architectural design, implementation, and debugging on multiple platforms—working on complex problems with Designers, Artists and other Engineers in domains including rendering, gameplay, audio, user interface, online, physics, databases and tools. You will report to the team's manager and work with your peers on developing the game's foundation layer.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other disciplines to gather requirements
- Write technical designs
- Modify SQL Database Schemas
- Implement C++ code
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs
- Work with proprietary tools to manage and export game data
- Work with people on a large team both locally and remotely.
- Use common software engineering design patterns and paradigms.
Your Qualifications
- Strong Object Oriented programming skills, C++ preferred could consider C# or Java
- Experience with SQL Databases
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting ability
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience working with JSON and XML data formats
