The role of Casino Slot Audit Product Support Specialist will analyze slot meters, discrepancies in audit reports, analyze daily/monthly audits, troubleshoot OASIS Audit applications. This position requires the candidate to be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment with little supervision. The candidate for this position will be part of a small, but growing team which supports all products created and distributed by Aristocrat Technologies at any one of the 300 casinos who are OASIS systems customers.

- Assist Casino Audit teams with Oasis software modules.
- Must be willing to learn to how Read T-SQL queries as it pertains to the OASIS Auditing software.
- Acquire and coordinate resources from other groups as needed to resolve OASIS issues.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy; demonstrate strategic thinking with value-add contributions.
- Utilize the CMS management tool for logging problem/resolution activities.
- Verify daily outstanding customer issues until completion of the customers’ requests in a timely manner.
- Escalate problems as appropriate following established escalation procedures.
- Must become OASIS Master Certified within 180 days (certification is customized to role)
- All other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support environment.
- 1 year working in an audit related field.
- Applicant should be customer service oriented.
- Outgoing personality.
- Ability to stay calm when dealing with difficult customers and situations.
- Logical and critical thinking skills.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Casino experience a plus.
- Must be willing to work onsite.
