Your Mission
As the Candidate Experience (TA) Operations Coordinator – you are passionate about supporting scalable Talent Acquisition Operations across our Activision Blizzard landscape. The right player will focus on completing transactions, maintaining established Talent Acquisition Operations programs and providing superb customer service that enable outstanding: sourcing, screening & selection, and offers. The Operations Coordinator will partner and build excellent working relationships across our Talent Acquisition and People Experience organizations enterprise-wide. The Candidate Experience team provides a flawless operational experience for all partners including candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and other strategic partners.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to the following accountabilities:
- Support Talent Acquisition programs that improve the overall Candidate Experience, including but not limited to employee referrals, application & pre-screening, and global offer alignment
- Maintain process documentation and keep training material up to date; identify improved training opportunities for new players
- Maintain extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition systems, processes, policies and compliance
- Answer day-to-day queries from Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HRBPs and other talent partners regarding defined talent acquisition workflows, procedures and systems use
- Participate in Candidate Experience and Talent Acquisition team projects as well as business initiatives
- Meet and exceed performance and service level metrics for timeliness, accuracy and customer service
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Two years’ experience in Recruiting/Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Operations, or comparable administrative/project/work experience
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, a plus
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Outstanding interpersonal and detail-oriented skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to work well in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
