The Sales Enablement Coordinator to support the CXS Sales team that is empowered to improve productivity with a modern approach to accelerating sales productivity for our sales, solutions, and services teams. CX is at the heart of everything we do, and this role requires a passion for supporting the organization in a fast pace, dynamic environment, creating a culture of service and delivery. The Coordinator is responsible for proposal development, create and deliver content, optimize complex workflows, and contribute to our culture.What You'll Do
- Exercise full responsibility for the planning, organization and development of complex proposal responses, bid preparations and presentations in pursuit of business.
- Create sales presentations and collateral designed to improve sales turnover
- Coordinate proposal response efforts (RFP, RFI and RPQ) with large response to ensure the timely and complaint development, production and delivery of all response documents/forms
- Lead and participate in the writing, editing, organization and formatting of all Regional Marketing Announcement Memorandums (RMAMs) and End of Life (EOL)notices by collaborating with product management team and subject matter experts.
- Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
- All other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration or related discipline required
- 1-2 years of collective experience in sales enablement, product marketing, and/or product management
- Casino operations knowledge/experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS TEAMs required
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud of products including In Design and Illustrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, through both formal and informal communications and presentations
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities with the ability to manage time independently
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
