What you'll do

As a Quality Assurance Technician within our Customer Success team you will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical support across the full Aristocrat Gaming software & hardware suite. Part of this role will also have you involved with upcoming projects - this includes onsite work at customer venues along with hardware & software deployment, configuration, and enablement.

We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will require you to work on-site at customer venues from time to time as well as the ability to work from our head office in North Ryde or home.
