This position is a hands-on role that provides logistical and administrative support to the Knowledge Delivery team as well as serves as an introductory technical training role.What You'll Do
- Reporting to the CXS Knowledge Delivery Manager, supports the knowledge-driven activities and continuous improvement of the department responsible for top line revenue Services to clients by facilitating knowledge of work procedures, job-specific functions and tasks, and new and upgraded products
- Supports Knowledge Delivery Manager with coordinating logistics and administration for all in-person and remote learning experiences; including scheduling classes; ensuring training materials are up-to-date and printed; liaising with sales, Knowledge Delivery, and project managers to understand customers’ needs and schedules; supporting setup, lunch, and breakdown of in-person classes
- Work closely with Knowledge Delivery technical trainers to continuously grow and improve product knowledge and understanding of casino operations
- Shadow Knowledge Delivery technical trainers to develop knowledge of training delivery and content, developing skills to train internal employees on products and role-based processes
- Play a pivotal role in delivering technical new hire onboarding, both remote and in-person
- Supports Knowledge Delivery team in delivering best-in-class quality learning experiences by auditing trainings, reviewing content, and making suggestions for improvement and efficacy
- Perform evaluations on completed projects, identifying training opportunities and process improvements
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing project environment that can have moving deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Three (3)+ years of experience in a progression of roles or a combination which includes relevant work experience including delivering high-quality customer service and/or actively participating in training experiences
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, as well as customer services skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to communicate under pressure. Must be comfortable working with all levels of the business and deliver presentations.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time. Travel up to 25%.
- Individual is highly motivated, confident in collaboration skills, and must be a self-starter and eager to learn and improve
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Hospitality or equivalent experience, preferred
- Slot and/or casino industry experience, preferred
