What you'll do
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to create new apps and experiences in gaming and education
- Optimize algorithms to run efficiently on mobile devices
- Extend our software platform by adding state of the art algorithms
- Conduct research and transfer research results into practical product solutions
Things we're looking for
- Degree (PhD preferred) in Engineering or a quantitative discipline
- “Learn Everything” growth mindset and a Can-do attitude
- Work well in agile teams and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Experience completing challenging projects like new product development, or advancing the state of the art and publishing in top-tier peer-reviewed venues like CVPR, SIGGRAPH, NIPS, UIST
- Experience with languages, frameworks and libraries like Tensorflow, Tensorflow Lite, PyTorch, PyTorch mobile, OpenCV, Unity, C++
Demonstrated excellence in projects involving several of the following
- Deep Learning and other Machine Learning methods
- Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality
- 2D and 3D object detection, recognition, and tracking
- Hand and body pose estimation and tracking
- Gaze tracking
- Handwriting recognition
- Speech recognition, Natural Language Processing
- Face recognition and tracking, facial feature extraction and tracking
- Computational Photography and VideoDeep Image and Video synthesis
- Visual Question Answering
- On-device machine learning
- Photorealistic simulations
- Machine learning infrastructure
