Job Description

The Program Manager will be part of the CRM Portfolio Services Team and will be responsible for projects related to the expansion of CRM Services in Ubisoft and to new regions , in order to develop a platform view of the player that is transversal to the brands, collaborating with multiple functions in the ecosystem such as IT, Community, Player Experience and more.

As a first mission, you will contribute:

· Drive player first approach for Ubisoft Connect

· CRM point of contact for Platform topics

· Define & deploy holistic player journeys

· Support the deployment of campaigns for transversal topics in collaboration with the Operations team

· Support & accelerate the growth of APAC countries

· In coordination with our Data Science, CMK and local teams, develop 360 vision of our Asian players

· Analyze Ubisoft’s presence in the region, identify new opportunity to collaborate with local teams.

· Plan and deploy a dedicated CRM treatment for those markets (identify new channels opportunities such as WeChat / Kakao)

· Expand hyper personalization

· Identify valuable & diversified content sources for our audience strategy

· Define use cases that will improve significantly player experience within Ubisoft ecosystem

· Leverage Salesforce multi cloud capabilities to deploy 360 journeys

As secondary missions

· Identify, develop, and roll out new processes when appropriate.

· Work, think, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment.

· Follow-Up on project progresses and new developments that involve the CRM team

· Promote new processes adoption in the CRM team

Key competencies

· Bilingual English/French

· Relevant experience within video game or customer relationship industries.

· Strong project management skills and content creation.

· Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Platform or CRM topics such as hyper personalization and multi channel journeys and campaign deployement.

· Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written).

· Proven experience working with project management (cross-functional groups a plus)

· Being a gamer is a +

· Knowledge of an Asian language is a plus

Position available immediately and based in Saint Mandé (metro line 1).
