In this context we are recruiting a CRM Operations Specialist in our EMEA CRM Operations team based in Bucharest. Reporting to our Bucharest CRM Team Leader, your role would be to translate the business objectives & campaigns into our CRM tools and accompany the growth the activity. The CRM Operations Specialist coordinates and oversees the production, configuration and execution of multichannel CRM campaigns in an effort to better integrate the player into the game and foster the active participation of the community.
The condition of success relies on:
- a very good understanding of CRM activities,
- strong ability to coordinate with teams coming from various backgrounds all over the world: NCSA counterparts, IT and game production teams, etc,
- and a good knowledge of CRM technologies.
Responsabilites:
Management of CRM Operations:
- Operate the CRM tools required to configure, deploy and maintain multichannel CRM campaigns,
- Assist CRM Lifecycle Specialists with their campaign plans to help determine targeting, strategies, campaign priorities, and strategic evolution,
- Actively participate in the establishment, follow up and optimization of campaign KPIs,
- Be proactive and flexible on a day-to-day level, and be able to work in fast-paced environment subject to short notice changes/updates,
- Implement targeted content rules and appropriate personalization data (personal and game stats) to support the campaign’s objectives,
- Work with game development and analytics teams to develop an in-depth understanding of player behaviors and campaign responsiveness,
- Ensure the highest level of deliverability for each channel and work closely with the analytics team to report on performance indicators.
Innovation & Sharing:
- Analyze & sharing of new technical opportunities: new implementations, news CRM channels, new trends, etc…,
- Optimization of our player experience within our channels,
- Documentation & sharing of best practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a person who has a positive mindset, brings initiatives and has a leadership attitude which serves as a model for the entire team!
Technical requirements:
- 2 to 3 years work experience in the CRM operations,
- Good experience of one campaign manager is highly preferred, knowledge of Salesforce is a strong plus
- SQL basic knowledge required. Understanding on web technologies SQL, SOAP/REST is a plus
- Understanding of HTML is an asset
- Good usage of the Microsoft software (Office, Visio)

- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and when given a goal and a deadline you know how to organize the necessary resources to accomplish it,

Language skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required.
