KingsIsle Entertainment is currently looking for an entry-level CRM Marketing Associate to support the Marketing team in producing and building content across our digital properties. This position wears multiple hats to determine the flow and aesthetics of our content, moderate our social media platforms, and capture videos for promotions and media. The ideal candidate is data-driven and loves to analyze what works for different audiences. This is a unique opportunity to be immersed in our community and help encourage engagement between our players.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute email marketing messages for campaigns and promotions
- Analyze email metrics and conduct A/B testing in order to consistently improve and refine our email program
- Track, research, and understand email best practices and industry trends to optimize campaigns and make recommendations
- Publish and manage a full range of content on multiple digital platforms
- Collaborate cross functionally with game development, web development, art, and other departments to plan and execute email, social media, and community initiatives
- Monitor inbound communications and mentions across community forums and report overall social engagement highlights
- Leverage social listening and insights to understand changing trends and identify prominent voices on social media in our industry
Requirements- Strong HTML and CSS skills
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask requirements and feedback gathering across disciplines, assess risk, define priorities, and resolve problems while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented attitude
Preferences- 2+ years of experience with email, digital marketing, or communications
- A passion for games, especially Wizard101 and Pirate101!
- Experience as a community moderator
- Experience with CRM tool(s) and email marketing software
- Familiarity with the AP Style of writing
- Experience in online or electronic game industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or other related field
