Position Overview

Sports Interactive (SI) is looking for a digital specialist to manage its customer-facing websites and CRM function, principally through the prism of its newly-launched 'supporters club' FMFC.

Launched in November of 2020, FMFC is a digital member’s club for Football Manager players. With the club now established, SI is looking for a proactive, data savvy and strategically minded web and CRM expert to help take the club to the next level.

In addition, the successful candidate will also assume responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of SI’s consumer-facing websites, www.sigames.com and www.footballmanager.com.

This is a pivotal, global role which will directly impact the studio’s success. The successful applicant will join the studio’s communications team, assuming an important role in shaping strategies as well as testing and rolling out new tactics, tools (including the studio’s first Customer Data Platform), systems and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in at least one comparable role and a clear understanding of the contemporary digital landscape. Experience leading CRM campaigns is also desirable.

He or she will demonstrate strong attention to detail, possess excellent analytical skills and be comfortable working with data. A good working knowledge of at least one website CMS systems is required, as is a track record working with Mailchimp (or similar ESP).

Strong time management skills and an ability to multi-task are a must.

A comprehensive understanding of news and trends in contemporary football is essential and a strong knowledge and understanding of Football Manager’s place in football culture, while not essential, is desirable.
