CRM Manager

As CRM Manager you'll foster WW Publishing email communication strategy, collaborating with multiple Publishing teams and products to design and execute email campaigns as well as maintaining the game’s CRM.

You will partner with the Channel Planning teams to determine the most effective ways to use CRM in support of WW Publishing initiatives. You will partner with Brand Managers and Planners to design creative ways to support these initiatives, optimizing CRM delivery to improve results. This role will be a key driver of personalization and CRM across all Riot publishing channels, working to level-up how we speak to players.

The Team

This person would report into the Channel Lead, working closely with CRM Lead and product leads to understand the needs of each product team at Riot, and develop effective ways to use our CRM platforms to help these teams achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Own, operate and execute WW Publishing CRM campaigns and activity
• Work with product teams to figure out the best ways to activate CRM to achieve business objectives
• Work with Riot’s CRM team to develop, implement and maintain CRM standard methodologies
• Report on and analyze the performance of CRM activations in the context of League campaigns and business critical metrics
• Maintain & share knowledge of related laws, restrictions & standard methodologies for CRM campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience developing and activating high-frequency email campaigns
• Experience executing A/B tests
• Experience working with CRM platforms

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience developing and activating high-frequency email campaigns
• Experience planning and executing lifecycle marketing
• Experience executing A/B, multivariate and other testing methodology
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• BA/BS degree (relevant fields of study preferred)
