GSN Games is looking for a CRM Manager to join our fabulous team in Tel Aviv! This will be a fixed term role of 6-8 months.

What You’ll Do:
- Maximise player engagement throughout the entire player journey: from the minute they enter the app as a new player, right through to when they leave us (no-one should leave us!)
- Can you drive retention and boost conversion? Bingo!
How You’ll Do It:
- Create art requests for the various campaigns (emails, push notifications, etc.) and coordinate with the Art team to ensure execution and implementation
- Write compelling copy, and have a good understanding of how to create marketing messages that sell
- Use our CRM software to create & schedule multi-channel campaigns: Push Notifications, Emails, Facebook Earth Notifications
- AB test campaigns, analyse results, derive conclusions, tweak next campaigns accordingly. Repeat until we have optimal messaging and segmentation!
- Collaborate with multiple Product teams to ensure flawless promotion of in-game events, sales and new developments
- Coordinate CRM activities efficiently and within tight schedules
- Keep up to date with competitors and market trends through comprehensive research
- Stay on top of the latest CRM developments and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
About you:
- Degree or 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming space
- Email Marketing experience an advantage - training will be provided
- Strong English fluency and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with American culture
- Great copywriting skills
- Good technical orientation
- Able to read and understand analytical reports, is data driven and results oriented
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a bit of a perfectionist
- A team player with a strong sense of ownership and a ‘get things done’ attitude
