CRM Manager

As a Bungie CRM Manager, you will be part of a focused team to plan, collaborate and execute owned marketing strategies to millions of Bungie fans around the world. As part of the Bungie Publishing team, you will engage and lead on behalf of the CRM program to drive engagement, retention and acquisition campaigns with various internal teams to enhance how Bungie players experience our games and products.
With the uncertainty and rapidly changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, most positions at Bungie are expected to onboard and work from home for a significant portion of 2021. In 2022, most Bungie employees will adopt a flexible schedule working from home part time (outside of positions identified as either 100% onsite or fully remote in CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA). Currently only a select range of positions are available for full-time remote work in CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA (please review location for details). Prospective employees located outside of CA, IL, NC, TX, and WA will need to establish WA state residency within 45 days of a start date. Bungie’s work from home, flexible work schedule, and remote policy is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM Operations: Own and execute the campaign process end to end. Engage and collaborate with multiple internal teams on our publishing objectives and build engaging campaigns utilizing our advanced marketing tools
- Marketing Optimizations and Reporting: CRM is a data driven program that relies on various KPIs that is important for many internal teams. Working with our Analytics team, the CRM manager will identify opportunities to drive A/B testing to provide continuous insights on our products and games
- Identify opportunities with eCommerce, marketing and design teams to create compelling and personalized campaigns with dynamic content technologies like Moveable Ink
- Having a “player experience first” mindset is key to understanding the out-of-game experiences that include web, mobile and in-game channels that ties in key upsells and engagement opportunities. This also includes Consumer Products, Bungie Foundation, Community efforts and more
- Audience profiles and data aptitude is a must for this role as CRM is a key partner for business operations and marketing teams that will drive targeted campaigns that will also involve data segmentation with our marketing platforms
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience with CRM, Loyalty, or digital marketing experience in entertainment, eCommerce, technology or similar industry experience
- Experience and advanced proficiency with MS Office, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other relevant ESPs
- Strong interpersonal skills as interactions with cross-functional teams will be a major part of daily routines
- Data driven mindset and previous experience in working with data analysts and other business performance teams to drive key KPIs and other varying program measurements
- Audience segmentation background and proven ability to utilize behavioral data sets to drive personalized, trigger based campaigns and more
- Basic understanding of HTML and template setups
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Passion for the video games space and the online core communities with strong voices
- Experience in Marketing automation
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Mobile marketing experience
