CRM Manager - Contract

Who We Are:

2K Games Dublin is a hub passionate about performance marketing, commercial strategy, data engineering and data science/analytics and is part of the 2K Games group of companies. 2K develops and publishes interactive entertainment globally for console systems, handheld gaming devices and personal computers, including smartphones and tablets. 2K is a leading publisher of today’s most popular gaming genres and most well-known for critically acclaimed game franchises like NBA 2K, WWE 2K, BioShock, Borderlands, Evolve, XCOM and the beloved Sid Meier’s Civilization.

What We Need:

We are looking for a top tier CRM Manager with a balanced focus on project execution and technical know-how. This position will lead CRM support for all brands across the entire 2K catalog. This will include building scalable systems to deliver targeted messages to users whilst tracking their journey through defined lifecycle events. As a result we are seeking a candidate with strong technical skills, project management skills, a tenacious attention to detail, and a passion for coordinating data to support personalized customer experiences.

What You Will Do:

• Management responsibility for a team that execute day-to-day email marketing campaigns!
• Optimisation of systems to enable team members to execute campaigns with increased efficiency.
• Own the prioritisation of a product development pipeline with key cross-functional teams (including Marketing Technology and Analytics) to enable increased personalisation of email content and better audience targeting.
• Creation of a strategic CRM vision for the 2K Label including concrete milestones.
• Management of the team’s delivery against this strategy.
• Represent the CRM function in key multi-functional meetings.

Who We Believe Will Be A Phenomenal Fit:

• 3+ years in roles that marry technology with customer communication.
• Experience in gaming is a plus but not crucial!
• Enjoy working with others? This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Confluence, Workfront and Slack.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Efficient time management and prioritization skills.
• Outspoken in troubleshooting / problem solving situations.
• Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work in a methodical way.
• Phenomenal teammate that is reliable, flexible, helpful and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), basic web-based protocols (FTP, HTML) and communication tools (Slack, Skype, etc.).
• Nice to have:Basic SQL skill and knowledge in privacy regulations and compliance (i.e. GDPR).
• Technically not a "skill", but, you are comfortable with working hours 10am-6:30pm enabling greater connection with our US HQ.
