CRM Manager (Contract Position)

Sago Mini is an award winning company that creates fun apps and toys for preschoolers worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our marketing team to develop integrated lifecycle programs that drive increased engagement and conversion across products.
The successful candidate will own the email KPIs and oversee the strategy, production, delivery, and performance of all email communications including newsletters, promotional campaigns, lifecycle emails and win back emails. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and analytical, you can develop strategy and execute. You are passionate about delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right time, and will champion this mindset across the business.
This is a full-time 1-year contract position in-house.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and execute all aspects of email planning, email campaign development, analysis, and optimization across multiple product lines
- Manage and develop the email calendar in line with larger omni-channel strategy
- Manage overall list health, engagement and deliverability
- Convert, upsell, retain, or win back users via the email channel
- Optimize email performance through A/B testing, personalization, customer segmentation, and content to increase conversion and customer lifetime value
- Leverage reporting & analytics to analyze campaign performance and track campaign KPIs
- Collaborate with Product Managers and the marketing team to manage content production and ensure emails are created, approved and sent on-time
- Be knowledgeable on email best practices, technologies and trends
- Identify opportunities for new and enhanced automations
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Creative Communications or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in email marketing preferably within an e-commerce environment
- Excellent knowledge of email platforms
- Experience crafting customer journeys and lifecycle management
- Experience in audience segmentation and A/B testing
- Deep understanding of email principles (design, build, and deliverability) and email best practices (A/B testing, dynamic content, campaign automation, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail coupled with an acute strategic business sense
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency

- Experience working in the kid’s category
