Summary
As the Director of CRM you will be charged with creating the strategy for all aspects of customer retention for a top gross social casino As part of the game leadership team you will have a significant influence over the success of the game. You will be the oversee the strategy, deliver and execution of a number of areas including traditional CRM (Email, push etc.), supporting product releases, VIP, community and lifecycle.
Working closely with the product team to implement new feature requirements and have thorough understanding of how new features & events can impact the strategy and future of the application.What you'll do
- Five years plus experience in CRM
- Preferred experience in running LiveOps management in a relevant industry, F2P and social Casino games preferred.
- Experience in mobile and Facebook games preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Team Lead.
- Analytical and data driven.
- Experience running AB (split) tests.
- In depth knowledge of performance metrics in F2P and social Casino games.
- Proactive communicator who can act as a bridge between different teams based in different locations.
- Experience implementing and managing initiatives driven by personalization, customer segmentation, engagement and LTV of the customer.
- Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast paced, changing environment.
