Job Description
The gTV Production Coordinator plays a key role in the Brand Content team, within the broader EMEA Audience & Customer Management department. Based in Saint-Mandé, this role reports to the Group Manager, EMEA Brand Content, and will regularly work with external agencies and teams across the company with the goal of creating and coordinating content for both Ubisoft and new content projects, in partnership with various stakeholders both in Europe and internationally. The person in this role will aid in creating and coordinating content relating to gaming and the Ubisoft brand with teams, players, the general public, media and influencers worldwide.
The gTV Production Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the creation of content, whether it be videos, visual assets, blog posts, internal articles, etc
- Help ensure the regular on-time delivery of planned content and work with key partners to ensure localization and coordinated release across regions and channels
- Working with local subsidiaries to collect feedback on content, and curating the feedback for our creative agencies
- Proof-reading and editing of subtitles
- Regular update of the team’s editorial calendars (weekly, monthly) in coordination with the gTV Marketing Manager, as well as help maintain production planning
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French, including excellent oral and written communication skills in both languages. Additional languages are a bonus, particularly German
- Previous experience in film production / visual communication, including familiarity with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Premiere, AfterFX, etc.)
- The gTV Production Coordinator must have the ability and willingness to tackle tasks big and small, an analytical eye, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask and keep a cool head under pressure
- Deep knowledge of the video game, technology or entertainment industries & video game culture
- Ability to work in an international environment and willing to travel
