We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Bucharest as a part of our development center establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Works as part of the Product team, within the Features vertical.
- Accountable together for a high quality product from definition to end result.
- Insure demos in relevant milestones
- Confirms that the sprint content correlates with Features Backlog.
- Make sure the deliverables presented by the team within the sprint timeline are accepted or declined, based on the objectives of that sprint.
- In charge of the sprint timeline and scrum product methodologies
- Raise sprint flags on time
- Create, evaluate, adjust and constantly improve sprint processes
- Communicate professional issues (IT\DEV\ART\Math…) with relevant stakeholder and gain their inputs
- Work together with the team to release the product in high quality and on time (with the highest Value)
- Responsible to translate the business vision and goals to a clear backlog for the teams and provide business reasoning for each item
- Take full ownership of the product from definition until post production
- Adapting to an intense, dynamic changing working environment
Responsibilities
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Experience in Product specifications to JIRA tickets, User stories and stakeholder presentations.
- Experience in Project Management - meeting deadlines and business requirements (1+ year)
- A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction.
- Proactive approach, independent, thrive to success and willing to give always the extra mile
Nice to have:
- Experience at working in Agile-scrum methodology
- Experience of working in software development environment
- On-line Industry experience
- Background in product from Gaming industry
