Buyer – PMES

Job Description

•Manage internal client’s sourcing needs, from the definition of the business needs to sourcing, Purchase Order management & payment follow-up
•Obey with company’s purchase policy & professional ethic.
•Maintain a good relationship with internal clients. Be the point of contact to internal clients for all their purchase request, accompany internal client go thru S2P process.
•Remain in close interaction with Global buyers network and other procurement coordinators in managed category to share the best practice and keeping improving continuously.
•Supplier Relationship management. Define category strategy of supplier management, maintain and develop a good relationship with key suppliers.
•Well documentation management, ensure supplier portfolio is up-to-date, project docs are well archived in internal tools.

Qualifications

•Solid experience in managing similar category
•A team player
•Have a passion for gaming
•Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
•CIPS or CPSM certified is a plus
