About the Role
Twitch is building the future of interactive entertainment. Every part of the work we do is with the goal of making Twitch even more efficient, resilient , and responsive. The Global Infrastructure (GI) Business Operations Team focuses on providing timely business support to our customers. We work closely with global vendors and internal Twitch teams. We are looking for someone to support our Salesforce initiatives . You will be one of two points of contact to establish our Salesforce system and the adoption of Salesforce with the internal team. You will join a cross-functional team that frequently works with Business Operations, Business Strategy , Acquisitions, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering Operations.
You Will:
- Support operational projects, including documentation of requirements and process flows
- Author training guides and provide ad hoc training to Salesforce users to help expand knowledge and adoption
- Manage data quality through ongoing data audits and remediate process gaps that contribute to bad data
- Represent the Twitch Global Infrastructure team and advocate our goals when collaborating with IT and external Salesforce developers
- Organize clear communication channels with external teams to promulgate information efficiently
- Track current project status updates and escalate roadblock issues
Develop and maintain executive dashboards
- Lead User Acceptance Testing once development has concluded and review changes with impacted teams before deployment
- Partner with our teams to identify new business process improvements and prioritize needs as well as delivery timelines
- Other tasks as required
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of related work experience
- 1+ year(s) of experience with Salesforce
- Experience with business process and data flow diagrams a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Must have high attention to detail , be well organized and be a self-starter .
- Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
