The HD Business Planning Manager is part of the Asia Commercial team focused on the enhancement of EA's commercial activities, delivering revenue forecasts and insights across all the APAC regions (Asia, India, Middle East & Africa). You will provide competitive and market-based forecasts and reporting that enhances the commercial performances of the Asia region. Partner with EA Analytics, Asia Markets and global partners for alignment and execution of revenue growth strategies and forecasts. You will need to apply critical thinking to solve complex problems and surface opportunities, plus be able to craft a narrative around initiatives and provide compelling rationales for the business to pursue. You will report to the Senior Planning & Intelligence Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support of the financial plans on annual, quarterly, and monthly cadences for HD titles across Asia
- Support HD live service tracking and reporting and flagging risks or opportunities to the business
- Provide consolidated tracking capabilities for all Test and learn/growth programs across the region
- Measure titles performances and the drivers behind (pricing, marketing, competition, market) and provide insights to Commercial teams
- Manage competitor data and provide insights to the business on EA performance and market share
- Develop and propose localized pricing and promotional initiatives
- Benchmark analysis for demand forecasting accuracy improvement
- Manage Pre Order reporting for HD AAA titles
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in Tableau, Demantra and Power BI
- Expert Excel skills
- Understand competitive landscape and how EA can develop a competitive advantage in market
