Business Performance Manager
As aBusiness Performance Manager at Gram, you will fulfill a cross-functional role, working to optimize the financial performance for all of our chart-topping games. You will be expected to collaborate with our marketing, business intelligence, and product teams, crafting your strategy and execution based on both personal and company objectives and key results.In this role, you will have complete autonomy in achieving one goal: to ensure that our games are growing in a healthy manner. You will work to gain an in-depth understanding of our critical metrics, as well as of the actions and strategies of each of our teams, in order to execute your strategy as holistically and effectively as possible.We already have a team of extraordinary UA managers, data scientists, and game designers, all of whom care about making data-informed decisions. Your job will be to use your expertise and quantitative skills to help us better connect the dots.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the marketing team to monitor critical metrics
- Identify growth/risk areas to maximize overall user acquisition performance
- Create data-driven optimization processes to feed into Gram Games’ growth plans
- Work with the marketing and business intelligence teams to improve the processes and tools that drive and support us every single day
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of experience in a fast-moving, analytical environment (such as consulting, finance, e-commerce, or mobile gaming).
- 2 years of previous experience in cooperative and cross-functional working environments anddemonstrates that in their working style.

- Advance knowledge and experience withdoing deep dives into data
- Strong analytical skills
ADDITIONAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- SQL knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with LTV-CAC concepts
