We are seeking an experienced, passionate Business Operations Manager to join the King Candy Crush Franchise (CCF) People Team. This is a hybrid working role with you being based at any of our three key locations London, Stockholm or Barcelona.

Your role within the Kingdom:

The Business Operations Manager will be accountable for analyzing and using data to define opportunities for us to make outstanding decisions, as well as delivering high quality operational experience to our CCF Kingsters. In addition, you will be crafting and driving people’s processes, process improvements, and operational excellence across the CCF function. You will work on always striving to improve the CCF people team’s efficiency, engagement and how we work as team (enablement). Occasionally you will design and deliver projects across the organization.

You are going to be an integral part of working behind the scenes to solve problems, ensuring we have the relevant data and material to make fast, fluid and quality decisions. Your role will be to support the VP People with Data insights, KPIs, Governance, OKRS and material creation towards key partners and team members.
