About the job
As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving initiatives to grow the global Roblox gift card business, and managing ongoing operations to sustain and scale our business. You will act as the hub for cross-functional internal and external partners to ensure product availability, and to launch programs and products -- essentially you’ll be responsible for bringing prepaid and gift card products to life, and keeping it thriving. You will have both analytical and relationship-building skills, and will be able to manage priorities in a rapidly-growing business.

Responsibilities
• Manage operations globally, including inventory management, forecasting, prepaid and gift card ordering and fulfillment, and financial planning

• Oversee operations of vendors gathering retail intelligence data and integrating retail metrics into operational priorities to sustain product availability

• Develop and grow project plans across internal and external card partner teams, to ensure timely launches for products, countries, and programs. Partner with regional leads to prioritize market initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute operational strategy through external distribution partners. Diagnose and troubleshoot supply-chain and logistics issues across external distribution networks as needed
• Lead and support process improvement and transformation projects to simplify operations and enhance business performance. Evaluate use of new technologies as required.
• Align with internal and external stakeholders to launch new technologies and/or add-on applications to improve the consumer transaction flow and operational efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Minimum qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience as a category, channel or operations manager, or related experience in consumer products, financial services, retail, eCommerce
• 2-4 years of experience in project and partner management, overseeing cross- functional projects
• Technical and organizational experience with troubleshooting operational issues spanning the retail network
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and customer service orientation
• Organized with extreme attention to detail

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to determine the best path forward in an environment where multiple solutions are possible

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience building and managing retail sales dashboards, metrics and reporting
• Experience managing logistics and/or supply chains for retail or consumer products
• Experience in gift card operations and
• CPG Knowledge in analytics, quantitative modeling, and/or data visualization. Experience with SQL queries, scripts, and/or advanced spreadsheets
