We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst for a hands-on role leading to support the governance and meeting cycles for the Technology office. This role will report to the Chief of Staff – Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Technology team, championing, tracking and aligning the businesses’ needs to ensure accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will see projects and processes through from conception through implementation. You are intellectually curious and excited at the opportunity to drive the team and business forward by tackling the most critical challenges. We are looking for someone who has that mix of operational prowess to get great work done, the hustle to build frameworks and process from scratch, the negotiation and collaboration skills needed to bring out the best from internal stakeholders, and innovation and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions. Previous success in roles relating to strategy, marketing, project management, and operations will prove to be helpful.What You'll Do
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implementing and maintaining the processes within Aristocrat Labs/Technology office.
- Focusing on completing projects, controlling certain team and business processes to ensure efficiencies.
- Provide Aristocrat Labs/CTO office background information, meeting summaries and/or supporting documents in preparation for scheduled appointments, meeting, and speaking engagements; coordinates with other departments as necessary for speeches and communications for preparation of specific engagements and maintains and tracks detailed priority list of projects and engagements. Design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, duplication of materials, etc.
- Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organization including internal and external contacts on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities but at the same time, manage highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Review, proofread, and format all prepared correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness, as well as consistency with policy standards and exercises good judgment in following up with staff to ensure deadlines are met.
- Schedule and organize activities/appointments such as global meetings, conferences, events, speaking arrangements, and association activities for the CTO. Event management includes invitations, site selection, related details and handle changes and cancellations as deemed necessary and/ or appropriate.
- Serve as a liaison with other departments, affiliate organizations, government offices and other agencies and senior level staff.
- Work independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects when necessary.
- Performs all other tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Effective communication and analytical skills, both oral and written including high degree of skill in grammar, spelling and punctuation are essential.
- Positive management and leadership style that empowers others to want to do great things.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills; experience successfully and indirectly supervising and directing teams.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and produce outstanding results.
- Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years prior experience supporting a high profile executive.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; Individual must have a minimum of two years college training and a minimum of five years of combined executive-level operations, administrative or business support experience.
- Willingness to support executive team and work across various time-zone
